Project status: Pre-proposal in preparation for the DUT Call 2026 (Stage 1 deadline: 17 November 2026). Platform: Integrated laboratory prototype (TRL 4), running on test data. Technology base: Signalton SigNode-IoT devices and SigMLT IoT platform (TRL 7, operational in micromobility and school bus fleets). Partner roles, budgets and pilot commitments are proposals until confirmed by each organisation and national funding agency.
BICO builds on the platform architecture, route intelligence, IoT data acquisition, behavioural activation, city dashboards and Living Mobility Lab method developed for an earlier EIT Urban Mobility proposal. The DUT project changes the core application from general cycling promotion to coordinated corporate mobility management and adds a comparative implementation study in Warsaw and Thessaloniki.
