Progress of the BICO pre-proposal and platform.
Pre-proposal v7: Warsaw and Thessaloniki Living Labs
Warsaw University of Technology is the proposed coordinator, with Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, World Gastronomy Network Kft. and Signalton Teknoloji Ltd. as funded applicants and the City of Warsaw as proposed urban-authority Cooperation Partner. Seven work packages, two Living Labs in EU Mission cities, and a TRL path from 4 to 8 by month 30.
Signalton's TRL 7 evidence documented
Signalton's SigMLT platform and SigNode-IoT devices run in operational fleets, including a micromobility fleet in the UK and a school bus tracking service in Ankara. The TRL assessment report (v2.4) references these deployments; the BICO platform itself remains a TRL 4 laboratory prototype.
BICO laboratory prototype released
Corporate Mobility Compacts, organisation surveys, aggregated dashboards and an authenticated data feed for Signalton's SigMLT platform now run end to end on test data.
DUT Call 2026 opens
BICO is preparing a pre-proposal under 15mC Topic 2, Align ambitions for mobility transitions across sectors. Stage 1 closes on 17 November 2026.
